E-newsletter Advertising
Seniorstays sends an e-newsletter out to its members monthly. For a cost of $50 per listing, you can advertise on the e-newsletter. Customers find this an ideal option to advertise special deals and offers, especially during quieter times. Click here to view the latest enewsletter.

Payment Terms
Payment is accepted via cheque, direct debit or credit card (by phone). A tax invoice will be emailed to you once payment is received and your listing has been approved. Seniorstays has a no refund policy and listings cannot be cancelled once placed. A full refund will only be issued once we deem your listing to be outside our guidelines.
Terms and Conditions
Advertising on the Seniorstays website establishes an agreement by you that you accept and agree to be bound by these conditions.
- Seniorstays does not promise that your information on the website will be secure or uninterrupted, while uptime is expected to be continuous this is not guaranteed and we will not be liable for any loss resulting from you in relying on the security or uniterrupted supply of information or access to the website.
- You indemnify Seniorstays from any loss of damage or costs in connection with any breach of these conditions or any other legal obligation by you or your use or conduct on the wesbite. Seniorstays reserves the right to edit or remove any information on the website at anytime without notice or reason.
- Seniorstays takes no responsibility for any transaction entered into between you and customers using the website.
- You indemnify Seniorstays from any liability to any persons or companies in contract, tort (including, but without limitation, negligence) or otherwise, if any of your information is incomplete or inaccurate.
- By advertising on the Seniorstays website you must agree that in no circumstances will Seniorstays be liable to you for any incidental, indirect and/or consequential damages or loss or profits of whatever nature howsoever arising which result from the use or inability to use the Seniorstays website.
- All material supplied by you, or which Seniorstays downloads from websites at your request must be free of any copyright restrictions and your grant Seniorstays a non exclusive, royalty free, perpetual irrevocable licence to use such material and will indemnify Seniorstays from any possible breach of copyright.
